We are an Edmonton based, family run business with a dedication to quality. We have over 50 years of construction experience and over 40 years of residential building experience on our team.
We understand how challenging the home buying process can be – which is why we endeavor to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
We give our clients the opportunity to live in homes that have a unique focus on architecture, design and sustainability. The majority of our homes have been custom designed for our clients, which means that we have worked with our clients on unique floor plans for their requirements and then
helped them hand pick their individual finishes.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
At Hoxton Home we’ve developed a unique design build process that aims to exceed our client’s expectations.
CLIENT CONSULTATION
Come sit down with our team and start the process with a consultation. Our consultation consists of a questionnaire, some healthy discussions about your new home and understanding how your family functions and it’s needs. This allows us to start that custom design process for you. The consultation process is now fixed to one meeting – sometimes it requires a couple of meetings before we have achieved the goals we are looking to meet.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
This is really where the fun begins. We have considered the consultations we have had together in conjunction with our design team and then we go to work for you. This process is one that gets defined during our consultations and we will know quickly how much time will be required to achieve a conceptual design that you are happy with. Once we have achieved that initial conceptual design, the next stage is developing that into your new home and firming up budgets so that we can then finalize the development stage.
BUILD
This is where the conceptual design becomes a reality. We layout our plan and then start building your new home. We will be in touch with you regularly either sending you pictures or booking site visits for you to come see the stage of your new home right through until handover.
DESIGN TEAM
Designing a home can be challenging. There is nothing more important than designing a space that fits you and how you live. Our design team takes every aspect of your home life into consideration before presenting you with a design. Design involves layouts, as well as colors, finishes and material selection – at Hoxton we pay close attention to each and every detail.
Our design team is in-house and has an in-depth knowledge of interior design and architecture. They sit down with each client, listen to what they want and then come up with a plan that suites the clients’ needs and wants.
HOME WARRANTY
Progressive Home Warranty provides new home warranty insurance protection that meets or exceeds the requirements of the New Home Buyer Protection Act. Our home warranties are provided by leading national insurance companies. In addition, Progressive Home Warranty acts as the administrator to ensure that every policy is interpreted fairly.
