Upper Windermere

The Drive is Edmonton’s most luxurious location to build your estate home. With Whitemud Drive and the Anthony Henday only minutes away, you’ll have easy access to a short and enjoyable commute.

Westpointe of Windermere

Welcome to Westpointe of Windermere – home to 173 homeowners, this suburban neighbourhood represents the perfect mix of urban attractions that is also rich in natural attributes. The Westpointe Ravine runs along the entire east side of the community. With parkland, ponds, walking trails and a playground, Westpointe is an ideal community for families who enjoy the great outdoors. Add on the easy access to the rest of the city via the Anthony Henday as well as being just down the road from endless shops, a theatre, restaurants and services, this neighbourhood outweighs any other.

Cameron Heights

Cameron Heights is located moments away from the Anthony Henday in southwest Edmonton. Shops, services, restaurants, groceries and more are just a five-minute drive east or west on Anthony Henday. Only minutes by car to the new Windermere Shopping Centre and all the lifestyle amenities of Hawkstone. There is also the ETS bus service which makes multiple stops that are easily accessible to anyone in the Cameron Heights neighborhood.

Fraser Vista

Fraser Vista is northeast Edmonton’s newest residential community, offering affordable homes in a family-oriented community a 10 minute walk to the beautiful North Saskatchewan River Valley.

Rio Terrace

Rio Terrace, Patricia Heights and Quesnell Heights are three Edmonton, Alberta, Canada neighbourhoods located within a roughly triangular area bounded on the north by Whitemud Drive, on the south east by the North Saskatchewan River, and on the south west by Patricia Ravine. The three neighbourhoods are discussed here together, because what applies to one neighbourhood generally applies to the other two as well.

In addition to the Patricia Ravine on the south west, the three neighbourhoods are blessed with a number of parks. Additional pedestrian access to the three neighbourhoods is provided by a bike trail through the Patricia Ravine and several pedestrian overpasses over the Whitemud Drive.

Education for elementary school children is provided by the Edmonton Public School Board at both the Rio Terrace Elementary School and the Patricia Heights Elementary School. For parents wishing to have their children educated in the city’s Catholic System, the nearest elementary school is the Our Lady of Victories Elementary School located just north of the Whitemud in Lynnwood.

Crestwood

Crestwood is a residential neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley and nestled between two ravines. It is bounded on the east by the river valley, on the north by the McKinnon Ravine, on the south by the McKenzie Ravine, and on the west by 149 Street. Residents have good access to hiking trails and bike paths in the McKinnon Ravine and in the larger river valley.

Candy Cane lane, a popular part of the Christmas celebrations in Edmonton, is located in Crestwood. Residents along Canady Cane lane decorate their homes with impressive displays of Christmas lights. People drive along the streets and enjoy the display. There are two schools located in the neighbourhood: Crestwood Elementary Junior High School operated by the Edmonton Public School System and St. Paul Elementary School operated by the Edmonton Catholic School System.

Keswick on the River

Tucked between the banks of the North Saskatchewan River and an environmental reserve, Keswick on the River’s residents enjoy sweeping views of the river valley and 8km of paved walking trails to explore the community.

Erin Ridge North

In Erin Ridge North, you don’t need to make sacrifices. As a quiet community, you’re tucked away from noise and traffic while also having quick access to all the amenities a busy family needs. So you don’t have to worry about unruly neighbours or honking horns keeping your family awake at night. Plus, your children are protected from dangerous traffic on the main roads.
